Jay was a "blind referral" of sorts as we found him through an inquiry on a property via Zillow. Jay responded promptly and thoroughly, seeking information to understand our needs and giving us a ton of information on the area. We are about 1600 miles from the area we were searching, so his going the extra mile in the first instance made us quite comfortable with continuing to engage him.

He was and is extremely responsive in all respects. He informed us of new properties coming to market and went as far as either: a) proactively videoing a property he knew we would like, or b) taking video as soon as humanly possible on our request. He answered our questions promptly, and sought out and obtained answers from sellers and potential sellers diligently.

Jay kept us informed during every step of the process. He was able to get us an inspection on short notice and, once we were under contract, kept a good rapport with our counterparties to ensure a deal was consummated effectively and efficiently, while making sure we stayed on track with the laundry lists of to-do's that begin upon tendering of an offer.

We missed on 6 properties before we found our winner. Jay was relentless in supporting us (and frankly, still is). He is well attuned to the area, local businesses and personalities. Jay conducted himself professionally and ethically.

Jay was accountable for the entire process, and represented himself, us, and Deaton & Co admirably. He matched our persistence and in every way, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us.

Jay's attention to every component of contracting for the property up, and past the completion of all of the contract, his ability to connect with the sellers agent. His observations on the qualities of the property are just a few of the things that make him outstanding, and being aware of what his clients might need he is positive and supportive especially when you have a bit of an anxiety about the properties, kudos to Jason Crowley!

There were frustrations with achieving a wireless contract with Chase banks, Jay, very patiently with thrive, tries to get the money transferred to the title company, maintained poise and patience and understanding at a time when his client was not happy with this particular banking corporation

His patience and diplomacy were very powerful. I will continue to recommend him to any friend that I have an opportunity to market his skills too.
